Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (simply click the blue box in the email to track your parcel).

For orders within Australia and New Zealand, delivery is typically within 7 business days from dispatch.

For international orders, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the courier.

Please note:

• During new collection launches, sales, promotional periods, public holidays, or unexpected industry disruptions, dispatch times may be extended by up to 10 business days.
• While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Designer Bums is not responsible for delays once your parcel is with the courier, as delivery timeframes are managed by third-party providers.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes to the items ordered or the delivery address.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking details once your parcel is on its way. If you experience any delivery issues, please reach out to us and we’ll work with the courier or Australia Post to assist and lodge an investigation if needed.
